Order processing

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays. Orders received after the cut-off time, at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next working day, although we do dispatch some orders on Saturdays. Our customer care team does not work at weekends, so messages sent then are answered on the next working day. Same Day Delivery and Express 4-Hour Delivery orders placed after the cut-off time are delivered the following day. All cut-off times are UAE time. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer for remote addresses and during public holidays.

United Arab Emirates

  • Standard Delivery: across the UAE in 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed before 10:00 PM are normally delivered the next working day. 25 AED, free on orders of 300 AED and above.
  • Same Day Delivery: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ajman and Sharjah (not Al Ain). Order by 3:00 PM for Dubai and 1:00 PM for Abu Dhabi, Ajman and Sharjah for delivery before 10:00 PM. 35 AED, free on orders of 1,000 AED and above.
  • Express 4-Hour Delivery: within Dubai city limits. Order by 6:00 PM for delivery within four hours. 45 AED, free on orders of 1,500 AED and above. Delivered by motorbike and limited to one parcel under 5 kg; larger orders are sent by Same Day or Standard Delivery and we will contact you if this applies.

Cash on delivery is available for all UAE orders.

Remote areas and delivery attempts

Some remote areas, including Liwa, Ruwais, Zayed City and parts of Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain, are served on Thursdays and Sundays only, so delivery may take longer.

Our courier will make up to three delivery attempts (one for Express 4-Hour Delivery) and will contact you by WhatsApp or phone to arrange delivery. If delivery still cannot be completed, your order is returned to us and we will contact you.

Saudi Arabia

Standard Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days and may take longer to remote areas. 35 SAR, free on orders of 300 SAR and above. Prices include 15% VAT and there are no customs duties or further charges on delivery. Cash on delivery is available.

For orders over 1,000 SAR, customs require your full name as shown on your national ID, your ID number and its expiry date.

To plan your delivery, we need your Saudi national address.

Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar

Standard Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days for orders placed by 3:00 PM. 55 AED (USD 15), free on orders of 735 AED (USD 200) and above. Customs duties and import taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there is nothing further to pay on delivery. Cash on delivery is not available.

For Oman and Qatar, customs require your full name as shown on your national ID, your ID number and its expiry date for every order.

Delivery period

Customs and security checks can hold parcels for reasons outside our control. Your order is due within 21 working days of the later of dispatch and the date you give us any address or ID details that delivery or customs require. If it has not arrived by then, you may cancel it for a full refund, unless the delay is caused by customs, security measures or other events outside our control.

Lost, late or damaged parcels

Risk in your order passes to you on delivery. If your order is late, appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will trace it, replace it or refund you. See our Refund Policy for damaged or incorrect items.
