This policy explains how Powder Middle East FZ-LLC, trading as Powder Beauty (PO Box 326370, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates), collects and uses your personal data when you use jbdfrwud.top, shop with us or contact us. We are the controller of your personal data. We handle it in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and, for customers in Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, and the data protection laws of the other countries we deliver to where they apply.

What we collect

  • Details you give us: your name, email, phone number, delivery address, order history, account login, and anything you send us in messages, reviews or forms.
  • Customs details: for some deliveries, customs require your full name as shown on your national ID, your ID number and its expiry date. We use these only for customs clearance.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Information collected automatically: your device, browser, IP address, approximate location and how you use our website, through cookies and similar technologies.

Why we use it, and on what basis

  • To process, deliver and support your orders, returns and account (to perform our contract with you).
  • To answer your questions and send service messages about your order by email, SMS or WhatsApp (to perform our contract with you).
  • To send you offers and news (only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
  • To improve our website, understand what our customers like and measure our advertising (our legitimate interest in running and growing our business, or your consent where the law requires it, for example for non-essential cookies).
  • To prevent fraud and meet our legal, tax and customs obligations (legal obligation and legitimate interest).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with providers who help us run our business, and only what they need:

  • Our ecommerce platform (Shopify), which hosts our store and your account
  • Payment providers, including card processors, Tabby and Tamara
  • Delivery partners and customs authorities, to get your order to you
  • Email, SMS and WhatsApp messaging providers
  • Product review, affiliate, analytics and advertising partners
  • Brand owners, only where needed to handle a product complaint or reaction you report to us
  • Professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it

International transfers

Some of these providers store or process data outside the country you live in, including outside the GCC. We only use providers that protect your data to a standard required by the law that applies, and where the law requires it we put appropriate safeguards in place.

Marketing

We only send marketing messages if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, by replying STOP to an SMS or WhatsApp message, or by contacting us.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep our website working, remember your basket and preferences, and understand how our website is used. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, our cookie banner. Blocking some cookies may affect how the website works.

How long we keep it

We keep account and order data for as long as you have an account with us and then for as long as we need it for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Customs ID details are kept only as long as customs and tax law require. We then delete or anonymise your data.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, to stop using it for marketing, or to give you a copy. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You can also update most details yourself in your account. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Security

We use encryption and access controls to protect your data. No system is completely secure, so please keep your password private and tell us if you think your account has been misused.

Children

Our website is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
